2. Order Processing
We strive to process all orders promptly. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You agree to provide accurate shipping information and payment details. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery & Returns
Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused bouquets and decorations. Items must be in their original packaging and unused to be eligible for a full refund.

4. Online Courses
Our online classes are delivered via video call. You agree to participate in all scheduled sessions. Refunds are not available for courses once they have started.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, photos, and course materials, is the property of Sandra’s World Miami. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our materials without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law
