• Refundable Balloon Bouquets: We offer a 100% refund for any balloon bouquet that is not delivered within 24 hours of the scheduled date. This policy applies to all bouquets ordered for delivery.

• Non-Refundable Balloon Bouquets: Once a bouquet is delivered and the recipient has signed for it, no refunds or exchanges are available.

• Flower Arrangements: Flower arrangements are non-refundable once the flowers have been delivered to your location.

• Online Courses: All online balloon-decorating courses are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. However, if you are unable to attend a live class, you may request a refund of the course fee within 24 hours of the scheduled date.
