DELIVERY AREAS AND FEES: We deliver from our studio in Doral, FL. Miami-Dade County: $35. Broward County: $60. Palm Beach County: $95. Outside these areas, message us for a custom quote. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code.

DELIVERY WINDOWS: We deliver on your event date in one of two windows: Morning (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) or Afternoon (1:00 PM to 7:00 PM). We do not guarantee an exact time. If your event needs a specific time, message us before ordering and we will confirm availability.

ADDRESS: Please enter the complete address, including ZIP code, house or apartment number, gate code and any instructions. A wrong or incomplete address may require a second delivery at an additional cost.

INSTALLATIONS: For backdrops, arches, columns and garlands, we will confirm setup time and venue access with you before the event. Please make sure the space is ready and accessible.

PICKUP: Pickup in Doral is available by appointment. Bring a vehicle with enough clean, empty space, since balloons and arrangements are large and delicate. Once an order is picked up, we are not responsible for damage during transport.

WEATHER AND OUTDOOR EVENTS: Heat, direct sun, wind and rain affect balloons and flowers. Outdoor installations are done at the customer's risk.
